Genuine resin is sticky rather than crumbly, softens in warmth and firms up when cool, dissolves fully in warm water leaving no grit, and has a strong earthy smell. If what you receive does not behave this way, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. A tracking number is sent by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Each jar is food-grade glass with a tamper-evident seal, packed with a measuring spoon and a usage card, then boxed with protective padding. Bundles ship together in one parcel, so there is nothing extra to pay and nothing to wait on separately.

Dissolve a portion the size of a grain of rice, working up to pea-sized, in warm water, milk or tea. Once daily, usually in the morning. Start small and stay consistent. This is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Keep the jar closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. In summer the resin softens and flows more easily, and in winter it becomes firm. Both are normal and are a good sign of genuine resin. Always use a clean, dry spoon and keep water out of the jar.

It is not suitable for children, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use. Discontinue use if you notice any reaction.

Yes. Unopened jars with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days for a refund. If a jar arrives damaged or the seal is broken, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it at our cost.
